Marketing Technologies Communications Lead 100%

• Develop and lead the execution of the communications strategy and plan
• Act as a strategic/senior partner, collaborating with New Customer Engagement Platform leaders and senior Roche partners to define project scope, allocation, and interaction models
• Manage project change and communication strategy, aligning with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive business results
• Lead RFP process, vendor assessment, and selection for project change/communication support
• Oversee communication activities throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., town halls, demos, user sessions) to boost awareness, buy-in, and adoption
• Design impactful communication campaigns that highlight the project's value and thought leadership
• Track and report on communication effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed
• Lead internal communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Set an example as change/communication leader and for cross-functional collaboration; effectively navigating the complexities of working in a matrixed organization
  

• 7+ years as a Senior Communications Manager (e.g., Journalism, Communication Agency, or Communication Consulting Firm)
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
• Fluent in English (C2) with excellent writing/editing skills and strong portfolio
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Organized, proactive, goal-focused, and calm under pressure
• Transparent, communicative, and sensitive to others' needs
• Creative and flexible, delivering practical solutions
• Provides well-researched, evidence-based ideas to drive project success
• Supportive, trustworthy, positive, and enthusiastic
• Proven success in large-scale transformations and project implementation
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders
