For our client F. Hoffmann - La Roche in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a motivated and reliable (m/f/d)

Global Clinical Materials Manager 100%

• Act as the single point of contact for ensuring the availability of drug products and packaging materials for clinical manufacturing
• Maintain accurate master data and continuously update SAP systems for drug products and packaging materials
• Compile and manage product-specific data, documents, and purchase orders for drug products and packaging materials across various categories and suppliers
• Plan, procure, and manage inventory and goods receipt processes, ensuring compliance with GMP and customs regulations
• Oversee supplier relationships, monitor performance via KPIs, and implement continuous improvements
• Ensure batch availability and timely QA releases or AFM ("Authorization for Further Manufacturing") of drug products and packaging materials
• Handle shelf-life extensions for materials and batches, maintaining necessary documentation
• Lead issue management, GMP deviation/change management, and support inspections
• Drive process optimizations, system improvements, and collaborate globally for clinical supply chain enhancements
• Create, update, and maintain SOPs, training materials, and department documents
• Independently monitor KPIs, initiate improvements, and lead/support global and local projects

• Associate or University degree in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical fields, or Supply Chain Management (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry or Supply Chain Management
• User Experience with SAP ERP systems
  
• Strong cultural awareness, communication, and collaboration skills for working across diverse teams and countries
• Proficient in teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and handling technical systems with attention to detail
• Skilled in adhering to GMP standards and managing projects independently from start to finish
• Excellent English communication skills (basic German is a plus)
• Customer-focused with the ability to build trustful business relationships
• Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset

• PMP/Operational Excellence/Six Sigma/Lean training
• Experience with MyBuy system preferred
• APICS and/or SCOR certification, or equivalent relevant experience

Home Office: majority of working time onsite
