Training Specialist GMP 100%
Stellenbeschreibung
- Training Leadership: Act as the primary training leader within the operations team.
- Training and Onboarding Management: Develop and oversee training and onboarding programs in manufacturing, including curriculum design, on-the-job training, and trainer mentorship. Ensure training concepts are compliant with regulatory standards.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for critical process activities, working closely with other departments, especially MSAT. Manage and resolve training-related manufacturing deviations.
- Representation: Serve as the DS Manufacturing department representative in cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory authorities. Participate in technology transfers.
- Production Equipment and Systems: Assist in the design, procurement, and implementation of production equipment and automation systems, ensuring they meet process requirements and comply with cGMP standards.
- Process Development and Validation: Support the commissioning, qualification, development, and validation of production processes.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing excellence, ensuring robust and efficient operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with other support functions such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and other relevant areas.
Ihr Profil
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Food Science.
- Over 10 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical operations within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Proficiency in biotech processes, with additional experience in sterile processes, single-use equipment, or CIP/SIP processes.
- Fluency in both German and English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to perform on-call duties and travel up to 15%.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Prior experience with automated technology is highly advantageous.
