International Product Manager 100%

• Pharma Collaboration: Build strong partnerships to accelerate biomarker discovery and clinical integration for Cardiometabolic solutions
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle from development to launch, ensuring smooth market entry and alignment with pharma timelines
• Market Strategy: Develop and execute market access and adoption strategies with pharma partners, including health economics and education
• Regional Engagement: Drive local collaborations to increase test utilization and ensure successful market adoption
• Launch & Scale-Up: Ensure market readiness and drive adoption through strategic partnerships and evidence generation
• Post-Launch: Manage product updates and customer support, refining offerings based on market feedback
• Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve product goals. Drive collaboration between R&D, clinical, regulatory, CDMA, GA&P and Regional / Affiliate commercial teams to achieve product objectives

• Scientific or Marketing Background with a strong business acumen
• 3+ Years of Experience in healthcare, ideally in Diagnostics with Cardiometabolic experience 
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills to work across global teams and external partners 
• Strong Leadership and Influencing Capabilities to drive alignment and execution of product strategies 
• Passion for Customer and Patient-Centric Solutions and a drive for continuous improvement 
• Fluent in English
