Near Patient Care Solution Engineer (m/f/d) 100%

The contract has a unlimited duration. The earliest  start date is as soon as possible and the latest in October 2024. Home Office: max. 20%. 

Description of the mission

  • Support & execution of integration with multiple systems to a final solution following Roche verification and validation guidelines
  • Reviewing requirement and specification documentations to ensure clarity and testability
  • Designing & executing test cases for interfaces, software and other solution relevant components
  • Analyzing and documenting test results, reporting and managing issues incl. root cause analysis
  • Collaborating with diverse Product Development Teams
  • Understand existing requirements and expectations, and assist identifying and shaping missing ones
  • Support the creation of Solution Requirements in collaboration with the respective projects. Ensure clarity and aligned understanding of the big picture and the detailed dependencies for those engineering within complex projects
  • Support the entire solution team in engineering and technical questions
  • Play your part in fostering a good “solution culture” where people from different organizations work happily together

Required profile

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in an IT or Engineering related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of “System of Systems” Verification & Validation 
  • Proven experience of complex multi-System Requirements Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar education in a related field
  • You have broad and profound experience across the software lifecycle, familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies to ensure smooth integration
  • Your technical experience enables you to collaborate with our stakeholders and strive for clarity and transparency, even on complex setups and can establish these in local as well as external test environments 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. German is an advantage
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
  • Attention to detail to identify potential issues and ensure thorough testing
  • Ability to document test cases, results, and any deviations comprehensively
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • As a plus, you gained experience in the diagnostics industry
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
