For our client F. Hoffmann - La Roche in Basel, we are looking for a motivated and reliable (m/f/d)

Project Coordinator - Clinical Stage Antibiotic Drug Development 100%

• Program Support: Assist with program execution to meet Roche-BARDA contractual obligations.
• Meeting Participation: Join Roche's cross-functional project team to identify BARDA-related activities and support reporting requirements (OLAW, FWA, study cost review/approval)
• Project Plan Oversight: Maintain a project plan for all related activities across the organization.
• Document Management: Coordinate with the team to generate and share key documents with BARDA (e.g., study plans, protocols, reports, CRO quotes) per contract terms
• Financial Management: Oversee the project budget, track study costs within BARDA's scope, review with BARDA, and collaborate with Roche finance for monthly reports
• Reporting Requirements: Monitor project progress, assist in preparing BARDA technical reports, and track contract-related deliverables
• Project Planning: Support teams in creating project plans and budgets for new projects
• Issue and Risk Monitoring: Track project issues/risks, propose solutions, and assist with mitigation strategies
• Communication Management: Collaborate with the project team to manage communications and expectations with internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient partnership processes and information management

• Bachelor's Degree (typically in a scientific or healthcare related discipline) 
• A good understanding of pre-clinical drug development is essential
• Experience in the infectious diseases is desired
• Experience in managing projects funded by government grants is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly accountable and organized
• Diligent, proactive and detail-oriented with high-quality standards that meet US governmental expectations
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize daily
• tasks effectively
• Good people skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and a customer
• service-oriented mindset
• Some experience with alliances or governmental collaboration
• Familiarity with pre-clinical and health authority documentation
• Understanding of basic contractual obligations
