Sr. Legal Counsel 100%

• Provide cost-effective legal services to support business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to align with business objectives while managing risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Offer legal advice on commercial strategies, documents, and disputes to minimize risks.
• Support strategic business goals with tailored legal guidance.

• Identify and manage legal risks in business operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws.
• Provide training to enhance legal and compliance awareness.

• Oversee corporate housekeeping to maintain accurate corporate structure and legal entity status.
• Ensure documentation and compliance for all corporate entities.

• Stay updated on relevant legislative, regulatory, and case law changes.
• Propose and implement improvements to legal processes and policies.

• Partner with internal teams to align legal strategies with business goals.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.

• Education: Master's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience as a legal counsel, preferably in a corporate or commercial legal environment.
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to identify and manage legal risks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• In-depth understanding of corporate, commercial, and compliance laws.
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment affecting the industry.
