As a preferred supplier for Roche Rotkreuz, we are looking for a motivated individual as

Software Test Engineer (m/f/d)

full-time (100%) and with an unlimited duration. The start date is asap or the latest 01.02.2025. Home Office: to be discussed.

Description de la mission

Create, review and maintain test cases
Planning, execution and documentation of test cases including defect reporting
Analyzing data, creating relevant documentation (e.g. study protocols and reports) and presenting results in team meetings
Taking part to projects related to all Systems Product Care aspects (Software, Hardware, reagents, consumables), on several platforms
Performing Root Cause Investigation on Systems issues
Performing feasibility and verification studies according to Change Management processes in place
Interacting with other relevant stakeholders and functional areas (CIR, GCS, Regulatory, Quality, OPS…etc) in order to implement solutions

Profil attendu pour l'emploi

Min. Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering, informatics, or life sciences discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Electronic/Automation, Bio- and Process-Engineering) or corresponding job experience (*****)
Min. 1 year of experience in Software and Hardware Testing, preferably in the laboratory diagnostics and/or service & support environment (*****)
Willingness to work in a highly regulated industry and labs with biosafety levels S1 and S2 (*****)
Interest in the resolution of technical problems and interdisciplinary teamwork (labor, software, automation) (*****)
Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management Tools like Open Text ALM or Intland codebeamer
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level or equivalent
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Enthusiastic team player with good communication and collaboration skills. Solution oriented, autonomous and proactive working style.

Nice to haves:

Basic understanding of systems engineering
Experience in agile methodologies
Familiarity with or strong interest in software and engineering applications and tools such as programming (e.g., VBA), statistical simulation, and analysis (e.g., JMP)
