iCollab Deployment Coordinator 100%

• Single Point of Contact: Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and providing input/approval for supplier selection
• Stakeholder Support: Assist sourcing and category managers in understanding the platform's benefits and in supplier interactions
• Deployment Execution: Support vendor onboarding, participate in deployment actions, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Represent Procurement in key meetings and workshops, and help resolve conflicts
• Supplier Engagement: Engage suppliers to promote the new platform (GEP Nexxe), address concerns, and offer assistance
• Training and Onboarding: Create and deliver training materials for internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth onboarding and proficiency with the platform and Inform Global Direct Procurement on progress
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on deployment progress, addressing issues as they arise
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from users and suppliers to improve platform performance and drive adoption with Site Key Users and the iCollab team
