Senior Process Engineer (m/f/d)
This is a full /part-time position (80-100%) with a 6-month duration and the possibility of extension to 12 months. The earliest start date is as soon as possible and the latest in September 2024. Descrizione della missione
- Support of in-house team in the development and optimization of isolation processes for synthetic molecules (precipitation, crystallization, spray drying, lyophilisation)
- On-site support for the implementation of processes in production
- Consultation with third-party companies on process development and the implementation of processes in production
- Preparation of filing document
Profilo richiesto
- PhD or further education as chemist or process engineer
- Min. 5 years of experience in the development of industrial crystallization processes.
- Familiarity with downstream process development such as filtration, drying, or spray drying, and the development of the corresponding technical manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with solid state analysis and characterization techniques
- Experience in the development of commercial processes for the crystallization/precipitation of peptides including isolation and spray drying, or freeze drying is an advantage
- Fluency in English needed, German is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and teamplayer
- Ability to think outside the box and analytical mindset
